Don’t worry! We are here to walk you through your first class. Take breaks, breathe, and have fun seeing where your body is at today. Then, at your next class explore again notice. This is how we connect to our bodies and learn to appreciate them. We have beginners everyday and they leave class feeling amazing.

Our Hot HIIT Pilates class is an interval training class meant for busy people to get an entire body workout on one hour or less. Expect to increase your strength quickly, not just in your body, but your mind too! Start where you are at and build from there. This class has people of all abilities and is accessible to all because we offer multiple options for every move so you can find your just-right-challenge.

Bring a yoga mat, a big towel for your mat (you will sweat), a large water bottle, and wear comfortable, light-weight clothing. We sell mats and rent mats and towels if you need one.

Of course!!! This practice is for ALL. Yoga belongs to everyone, not just the ‘flexible’ or ‘in-shape’. These postures are for beginners and our teachers will guide you through. Go one step at a time and enjoy. :)

Class always starts on time and the studio is locked once class begins. Teachers are teaching once class starts and won’t interrupt class to go let in late-comers. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your first class so we can show you around, help you get settled, and answer your questions.

Our Hot 60 and 90 minute class, and the variations class, are all 105 with 40% humidity. Why? The heat and humidity help us sweat which cools us naturally, raises our heart rate a bit which requires us to pay attention to our body and breath, and it can create quite a workout if you choose to make it so. You can also go slow and breathe through the postures, take breaks, and make it less intense. The key is to arrive hydrated!! So, drink healthy fluids throughout the day prior to class.
