Our classes are there for you no matter what you need. Original Hot Yoga is designed to heal your body inside out, head to toes. Find a new level of flexibility, or more focus, balance, and determination. Inferno Hot Pilates will challenge your strength and build your endurance. Our Hatha class is toasty warm, but not hot. This class is taught in a therapeutic way to help you learn where to put effort and find ease one posture at a time. Yin Yoga is restorative, relaxing, and melts away any tension in your body by using props and gravity to sink in and release. Stop in a little early or stay a little after class for our Mindful Meditation 20 minute classes to calm your mind. No matter what you are looking for, we have what you need. Inferno Hot Pilates
Inferno Hot Pilates is a high intensity, low impact workout based on pilates principles. Pilates is the perfect compliment to yoga, yoga increases flexibility and focus, pilates will increase your strength and endurance. This class is set to music and heated to 90 degrees so be prepared to sweat, have fun, and see fast results! Join us for Inferno Hot Pilates and take Original Hot Yoga the next day…..there is no better routine!
M.Y. 90 & M.Y. 60
M.Y. = Minneapolis Yoga
This beginning series consists of completing 26 postures one at a time, with two breathing exercises. You work every inch of your body affecting every muscle, joint, and body system. This class takes place in a room heated to 105 degrees with 40% humidity. It’s the same series each time but, you will find every class is different! In the 90 minute class we do every posture twice. In the 60 we do some twice, once, or flow a few together. These classes are perfect for everyone from first timers to the most experienced. Come see what you are capable of accomplishing!
Hatha Yoga
In Hatha Yoga class we will perform one posture at a time to allow deep focus on the posture, your body, and your breath. This requires concentration and effort. Even though this class is not as hot as our Hot Yoga 90 and 60 minutes classes, you will be challenged and sweat! The sequence, postures, and breathing exercises practiced vary to broaden your mind and to create new physical experiences. This 60 - 75 minute class is perfect for beginners or experienced yogis because you will get clear instruction and feedback, the instructor will demonstrate, answer questions, and check in throughout class to be sure you have a solid understanding. Come try Hatha, you won’t regret it!
Yin Yoga
Yin yoga is an unheated, beautiful and restorative yoga class. This class is all about supportive, long and gentle stretches to open your body, release tension, and let go. In Yin you will have ample time to let gravity take hold so you can sink in deep. We teach slowly and use soft music to leave you feeling relaxed and restored. Yin is the perfect retreat for your mind and body! Every Sunday afternoon and every other Wednesday night at 6pm.
Mindful Meditation
Meditation does not need to be complex. Our breathing practices are simple and accessible for everyone. Join us for 20 minute guided practices before or after Yoga or Pilates classes and breathe. Mondays at 5:10pm, Wednesdays at 11:10am. These are scheduled purposefully between classes so you come a little early , or stay a little late.
