Your retreat at Bird Island Resort on Bocas Del Toro island, Panama
Location: Bird Island Resort is located on Bocas Del Toro island just off Panama’s mainland. It is known for it’s gorgeous beaches, laid-back atmosphere, plentiful wildlife, and turquiose waters. Located in the northwest, it is famous for world-class surfing, snorkeling in shallow coral reefs, dolphin spotting in Dolphin Bay, and exploring pristine beaches like Red Frog Beach and Starfish Beach.
What will we do?
The island has much to offer; jungle hikes, snorkeling, boat trips to other islands, kayak, paddle board, swim, and surf. We will plan excursions for the group, you can add on more excursions, or relax at our own beach or at the pool with a smoothie or cocktail.
Take yoga and pilates classes in the morning and/or afternoon. Eat nourishing, healthy meals all week. Take the opportunity to engage in excursions, activities, and classes, or not. Our motto is: “You’re invited to come as you are and do as you wish.”

What is included?
All accomodations, meals, and one excursion. Flights and transport are separate.
How do we get there?
Fly to Panama City (we suggest flying in on Friday night) then from Albrook airport fly to Bocas Del Toro. The resort is a half hour drive from Bocas Del Toro airport.
There are three types of accomodations at Bird Island:
Private Bungalows with Carribean view or Delux Suites
Oceanview Suites
Jungle or Ocean Rooms
Included is either a king or single beds, or a queen bed. Depending on whether there is a king/singles or queen, the spaces are able to accomodate two individuals, a couple, or one person. Reserve your escape below.

Jungle View Suites
$2999 for an individual
$1999 per person if shared - either one king or two separate beds
Ocean or Jungle Room - 1 left!
$2699 for an individual
$1699 per person if shared - there are only rooms with queen beds left to share
