Inferno Hot Pilates

Inferno Hot Pilates, or ‘IHP,’ is a high intensity interval training, low impact workout based on Pilates techniques. You will strengthen your whole body, get your heart rate up, and walk out feeling AMAZING! Beginners, yogis, and seasoned practitioners will see and feel fast results.

This class is one hour, less hot than our yoga classes, and set to super fun music. All you need is your mat and water. This class is easily modified and we offer multiple ways to do each exercise so if you’re a beginner, don’t worry. Come get moving and start feeling stronger today!
