Hot HIIT Pilates

Hot HIIT Pilates is a high intensity interval training (HIIT), low impact workout using Pilates moves. You will strengthen your whole body, get your heart rate up, and walk out feeling AMAZING! Beginners, yogis, and seasoned practitioners will see and feel fast results.

Classes are 45-60 minutes and set to super fun music. All you need is your mat and water. This class is easily modified and we offer multiple ways to do each move, so if you’re a beginner, don’t worry. Come get moving and start feeling stronger today!
