Intermediate Practice Workshop

Come learn with Wes Bozeman!
Wes has extensive training in the beginner 26 & 2 series as well as advanced training in the Ghosh lineage from which the 26 & 2 series originates. Wes owns Gaze Hot Yoga in Tampa Florida where he teaches various yoga classes including Original Hot and Hatha. I came to know Wes during a training I took part in at his studio in Tampa, Florida and was so impressed with him. He is a true practicing yogi and I am very excited he is coming to share his knowledge with our community! Come discover more about your postures and learn some new postures too.

Donation Class for Puppy Rescue Network: this is full!! But don’t worry, we will host another one :)
May 19th Yin Yoga at 1:30pm
This class will be a Yin class with a fun element of cuteness added! Puppies from Rescue Network will join us to stretch, relax, and maybe get a little attention. Join us in supporting Rescue Network to help find homes for adorable puppies by signing up for just $10!! All proceeds will go to this organization.
